Profile

The Master of Management study program at FEB Telkom University has currently undergone various transformation processes since its establishment. Initially, it was the Bandung MBA program which was established at the end of 1989 by PT Telkom. The program started in 1990 in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines. In 1994, the MBA-Bandung changed its form to the Bandung Management College (STMB). The MBA program was changed to the Master of Management Program.

In 2004, in order to strengthen its identity in the field of management science in the telecommunications business, STMB changed its name to the Telkom College of Business Management (STMB Telkom). In 2007, related to the increasing number of undergraduate students, STMB Telkom was upgraded to an institute, and changed its name to the Telkom Management Institute (IMT).

In 2013, Telkom University (Tel-U) was formed as a result of the merger of four higher education institutions under the Telkom Education Foundation. Telkom University was officially established on July 17, 2013, and the Master of Management Study Program at Telkom University is under the Faculty of Economics and Business.

Keunggulan

The uniqueness of the MM Tel-U study program is its emphasis on the international-scale information and communication technology (ICT) industry which is reflected in its content and learning process. Learning curriculum that offers concentrations related to information and communication technology. The development of teaching methods using the case method is one approach to develop students' abilities related to analysis and problem solving of real cases of global companies.
