Telkom University Undergoes Surveillance Audit I ISO 21001:2018

BANDUNG, Telkom University – In improving the quality of education in Indonesia, Telkom University is committed to providing the best quality education for future generations.

Audit Surveillance is a routine activity held by Telkom University every year to improve the quality of education in the country.

This time, Telkom University underwent its first Surveillance Audit in 2022 for ISO 21001:2018, where the auditors attending were from the British Standards Institution (BSI), namely Boedi Minarto and Doto Kholil.

ISO 21001:2018 is an organizational management system in education that is adapted from ISO 9001: 2015. Previously, Telkom University has received ISO 9001:2015. This standard was prepared specifically for the education sector in achieving its goals and carrying out its primary function, namely providing quality education.

This audit will take place online from March 14 to March 16, 2022, where the scope of the audit covers all directorates and several faculties within Telkom University.

In the opening of the online audit Monday (14/3), the Vice-Rector I for Academic Affairs as well as QMR (Quality Management Representative) Telkom University, Dr. Dadan Rahadian, said that the purpose of this audit was not to find faults in Telkom University, but as a form of Continuous Improvement.

“We hope that all auditees can take part in this audit well. It is to improve the quality of education on the Telkom University campus so that in the future we can be better and produce a quality generation of people for Indonesia.”
