Telkom University Presents Buya Yahya: Clean Yourself Welcoming the Holy Month of Ramadan

Telkom University held a Tabligh Akbar with ‘Prepare to Reach Blessings and Maghfirah in the Holy Month of Ramadan 1443H’. This event was held on Thursday (24/3) offline at the Syamsul Ulum Mosque and online via Zoom and broadcast live on the Telkom University YouTube Channel.

This tabligh Akbar was attended by all students, employees, and leaders of Telkom University. The Syamsul Ulum Mosque presented a special lecturer, namely Buya Yahya (Al-Bahjah LPD Caregiver).

The Rector of Telkom University, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, was also present at this event and inaugurated a series of activities at the Syamsul Ulum Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan later.

“With this activity, we are like doing a tune-up of ourselves to get ready to wade through the blessings of the month of Ramadan to get maghfirah from Allah SWT. May we be given health to carry out worship in the holy month later. Through this tabligh Akbar, Ramadan activities from the Syamsul Ulum mosque were officially opened. Hopefully, we can get useful knowledge and implement it in the holy month later.” Adiwijaya said.

Entering the main event, Buya Yahya delivered material on how we prepare ourselves to reach blessings and maghfirah in the Holy Month of Ramadan. He emphasized first cleansing our hearts.

“Facing the holy month, let us multiply our dhikr, increase our stiffness so that our happiness in welcoming the month of Ramadan will be many times more blessed. By actively cleaning ourselves with the dhikr and istigfar earlier, God willing, we will feel more delicious when we go through the holy month later. Fasting is more blessed, and taraweeh is more enthusiastic.” Said Buya Yahya.

Welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, Buya Yahya invites the congregation of Syamsul Ulum Mosque to remove all hatred from the heart, cleanse the dirty heart that is in us, forgive others, and vice versa, apologize to anyone if we have mistakes. We open our hearts in this month of Ramadan.
