Plagiat? No Way!

BANDUNG, TEL-U – Dalam lima tahun terakhir ini isu plagiarisme cukup menguncang dunia akademik. Beberapa akademisi Indonesia pernah tersandung masalah ini, baik akademisi PTN maupun PTS. Perguruan tinggi sebagai penyumbang karya tulis ilmiah terbesar turut memberi perhatian terhadap isu ini, tidak terkecuali di Telkom University (Tel-U).

Prodi S1 Teknik Telekomunikasi Tel-U Raih Akreditasi A

Program Studi S1 Teknik Telekomunikasi Fakultas Teknik Elektro Telkom University berhasil meraih peringkat akreditasi A. Keputusan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) Nomor : 437/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/XI/2014 tanggal 2 November 2014. Kabar keputusan ini diterima oleh Dekan Fakultas Teknik Elektro Dr. Ir. Rina Pudji Astuti M.T pada senin pagi (5/1/2015). Melalui asesmen desk evaluation tahap 22 BAN-PT prodi Teknik Telekomunikasi Tel-U memperoleh nilai skor 370. Berdasarkan ketentuan BAN-PT, perguruan tinggi yang berhak memperoleh nilai akreditasi A berada diantara nilai 361- 400.

Telkom University Sambut Ketua Baru Telkom Foundation

BANDUNG, TEL-U – Usai sudah tugas Johni Girsang, M.Sc menjadi Ketua Telkom Foundation dan memasuki masa purna bakti. Dan kini Telkom Foundation dipimpin oleh Ir. Dwi Sasongko Purnomo, MM. Serah terima jabatan itu pun berlangsung di Aula Fakultas Ilmu Terapan Telkom University, Senin malam (6/1/2015). Prosesi serah terima disaksikan oleh seluruh jajaran pimpinan perguruan tinggi, sekolah, dan anak perusahaan.

Telkom University dan EC-Council Jalin Kerjasama

Dalam hitungan hari kita akan menjumpai tahun 2015. Saat itulah sumber daya manusia Indonesia akan dihadapkan dengan tantangan dan peluang persaingan pasar bebas Asean. Menghadapi MEA 2015 Tel-U terus berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan agar siap menghadapi persaingan global. Kerjasama dengan EC-Council menjadi salah satu langkah untuk menggenjot peningkatan kompetensi lulusan melalui sertifikasi.

Mahasiswa Tel-U Sumbang Korban Banjarnegara

BANDUNG, TEL-U – Bencana longsor telah menelan jiwa dan memorakporandakan pemukiman di Dusun Jemblung Desa Sampang, Banjarnegara pada (12/12) yang lalu. Sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap korban di lokasi longsor, pekan lalu mahasiswa Telkom University (Tel-U) bergotong royong menyumbangkan beberapa bantuan berupa dana dan pakaian dan bantuan lainnya.

Abstract

Psychology is basic of human resources development to know on people behavior. Unification between psychology and human resources management produce an application to develop inner person in a firm. This application makes research foundation to provide psychology education on trans-border employees in Indonesia firms. This is important to selecting trans-border employees in order quality enhancement of Indonesia firms and human resources in global industries. Indonesia firms nowadays developing to enrich global network firms by recruiting trans-border employees from various countries placed in various region of Indonesia. However lack of surveillance in psychology section made Indonesia firms deport trans-border employees due to incompability of Indonesian characters people. Data from License of Employ Labor Market (IMTA) published by Minister of Labor and Transmigration showed reduction trans-border employees that worked in Indonesia about 5%, one of reason is disappoiment about Indonesian characters people [1]. Besides, Indonesian firms have been prepared yet to abuse own culture-characteristics as great step to evade liberalism flow. This study forward psychology tuition which is right and true to applicant of trans-border employees that proposes in Indonesia firms. Using historical descriptive-exploratory research, object of this research describe psychology education offer reciprocation of culture-characteristic between Indonesian human resources and trans-border employees. The result shows that recruit trans-border employees by offering psychology education from each Indonesian tribes is effective way to support innovation of Indonesian firms and expand network-bond between Indonesian firms and trans-border employees countries. Expected by psychology education, Indonesia becomes a great instance of global countries to cultivating and advancing human resources global. It is huge opportunity to show competitiveness of Indonesian human resources and advance global human resources.
