Dozens of Tel-U Lecturers to Become Culture Boosters

Puluhan Dosen Tel U Menjadi Culture Booster

BANDUNG, Telkom University – In order to strengthen the Harmony Excellence Integrity cultural values for employees at Telkom University as well as to improve the work performance and improve Lecturer Service Excellence at Telkom University, the Directorate of Human Capital Management of Telkom University (Tel-U) held a Special Culture event participated by 63 Telkom University lecturers. This event was held in D’riam Riverside, Bandung Regency, Tuesday (14/2).

With the theme ‘Your Mindset is Everything’, the event was aimed to improve Telkom University Culture namely Harmony, Excellence, and Integrity (HEI). At the Ngopi Bang event (Casual Inspirational Chat with Leaders and Employees), this activity was attended by the Rectors, Vice Rectors, and Deans.

The Vice Rector II for Human Capital Management, Dr. Henry Christiadi, addressed that in relation to the theme, this event was aimed to improve service excellence to students as well as to improve the HEI culture at Telkom University.

“The event has been ongoing from this morning until tomorrow. We will carry out the 3 cultural values ??of Tel-U together. Since this morning, there were alumni and students present to raise our awareness that our duty is to produce a nation that is capable of realizing the dreams of Indonesia,” he said.

Dr. Henry said the 63 lecturers attending were the representatives of 7 Schools and would be appointed as Culture Booster of Telkom University. It is hoped that they can share the HEI culture with every lecturer at Telkom University.

“This event will be part of the routine agenda for Directorate of Human Capital management at Telkom University. This agenda is made special for lecturers who attended here, and we hope this event can improve the culture in each School and Study Program,” said Henry.
