In order to achieve a world-class university, Telkom University will apply for world-university ranking by means of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)-Stars rating.
QS is one of university ranking institutes that introduced indicators of higher education performance as the basis of university ranking worldwide. QS indicators are widely employed by universities in the world as a developmental reference toward world-class university.
By applying to QS-Stars Rating, Telkom University will acquire international recognition and always improve the quality of higher education in order to compete globally.
One of the performance indicators to be evaluated in the QS-Stars Rating System is the level of student satisfaction regarding the quality of teaching and services provided by Telkom University.
In line with that, we invite all Telkom University students to participate in the student satisfaction survey using QS-Stars rating indicators. It takes only a few minutes to complete this survey and must be completed within a single login. Details of student identities and answers are confidential and only used for survey purposes. The students can fill this survey in two languages, English or Bahasa Indonesia.
