BANDUNG, Telkom University – Telkom University (Tel-U), and Blora Regency agreed to hold the Tridarma of Higher Education in Blora Regency, Central Java.
This collaboration is contained in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed directly by the Chancellor of Telkom University Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya and Blora Regency Regent Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Sc., at the Manterawu Building, 2nd floor of Telkom University, Thursday (09/12).
Both parties agreed to carry out the tri dharma of higher education in Blora Regency with the following scope:
- improving the quality of human resources in Blora Regency
- developing the potential of regional resources
- improving the electronic-based government system
- implementing the tri dharma of higher education (education, research, and community service)
- includes actual work lectures, fieldwork practices, research and service of lecturers and students, dispatch of expert lecturers, use of public facilities and social facilities for both parties, and dissemination of government regulations and policies, central, provincial and regional government policies.
Rector of Telkom University Prof. Adiwijaya hoped that this MoU could be implemented soon so that in the future, through this collaboration, it will not only bring goodness to Tel-U and Blora Regency but together bring goodness and progress to the Indonesian nation.”

We hope that this collaboration can bring goodness not only to Tel-U and Blora Regency but together, we can advance the Indonesian nation. It is one of the important points of our contribution to this nation. Insha Allah we will be ready to give the best for Blora Regency”,” said Prof. Adiwijaya.
The Regent of Blora Regency, Arief Rohman, S.IP., M.Sc., said that one of the programs in Blora Regency is one village two undergraduates, which students from students SMA/K also attended throughout Blora Regency Online.”
“We (Blora Regency) also want to provide scholarships to students in Blora Regency to continue their higher education at Telkom University, because it is an honor for Blora’s students to study at Telkom Universit,” he said.
