Information System program study was established based on the Decree of National Accreditation Board for Higher Education, Department of Education, Republic of Indonesia No. 235/D/O/2007 dated November 30th, 2007.

The curriculum is designed with 145 credits for 4 years/8 semester-length of study. For students who can maintain their GPA above 3.00 at the end of each semester, the faculty provides them Acceleration Program in which they can undertake their study in 3.5 years/7 semesters. 

This program study aims to become the best program study that can provide potential experts in managing ICT industry.

This program study holds educational and research activities, community services, and communication and information industry by providing competent, independent, and cooperative human resources to guarantee the development and improvement of the study program’s quality, accountability, function, and role.

It produces graduates who:

1. Are knowledgeable and competent in information system, management, and information technology fields. 
    
2. Have ability in developing necessary skills to design efficacious information system for organization or business by implementing updated information technology in various applications.
    
3. Are able to think analytically and critically, have good communication and professional ethics.

BANDUNG TEL-U- Himpunan Mahasiswa Fakulitas Elektro dan Komunikasi menggelar pameran riset nasional yang bertajuk, “Be The Leader of Engineering Innovation”. Acara berlangsung di Telkom University Convention Hall selama dua hari, Sabtu-Minggu (23-24/11/2013). Seminar Believe mengulas   tentang peran inovasi di bidang teknologi dalam membangun ekonomi jangka panjang. Seminar menjelaskan bahwa perekonomian nasional membutuhkan persiapan yang baik.

Based on Industrial demand in the field of Information Technology and Government Policy which pictured within National Education System Regulation Year 2003, therefore IT Telkom established Informatics Engineering Master Program. This study program established and officially announced by Indonesia’s National Education Department, Higher Education Directorate General Pronouncements No. 424/D/T/2009, dated 27 March 2009.

Master of Informatics Engineering oriented at three concentrations which are Informatics Media, Socio—Informatics, and Data Mining.

Media Informatics is the program that covers the aspects of architecture, implementation, and distributed system analysis (ubiquoitus information) as well as computing system. In this case, the unification of infrastructure and content knowledge happens.

Socio-Informatics is the program focused on the study regarding to influence of information technology towards social community as well as hot social community influences the development of information technology.

Data Mining is the program that covers the analysis,  data pre-process, and its implementation within tangible problems.

4. Informatics Engineering Master Program which conducted through direct meeting for 67% subjects, while the rest will be held through long distance learning (using video conference). Long distance learning will be held every Monday to Thursday and direct meeting every Friday and Saturday at IT Telkom campus.

Telkom Engineering School (formerly IT Telkom) Electrical – Telecommunication Engineering Graduate Program established and officially announced by Indonesia’s National Education Department, Higher Education Directorate General Pronouncements Number. 429/DIKTI/Kep/1999, along with Higher Education Directorate General Decree Number. 586/D/T/2006, and has been accredited by Higher Education National Accreditation Board Number. 017/BAN-PT/Ak-VI/S2/XI/2008. Previously given 40 credits for minimum study load, due to 2004 curriculum development,  IT Telkom Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering Master Program 2008 Curriculum’s impose 36 credits as minimum study load which emphasized on the field of Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering with specialization of Wireless Communication and Network Engineering.

1. Regular Program (36 Academic Credits, 3 Semester) Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering Master Program which conducted through direct meeting for all subjects, held in every working day (Monday to Friday) at Telkom Engineering School.
2. Modular Program (6 Modules, 1,5 Years) Electrical-Telecommunication Engineering Master Program which conducted both by direct meeting and long-distant learning (using video conference). Long-distance learning will be held at Monday to Thursday, whilst direct meeting will be held at Friday (17.00 WIB – end) and Saturday at Telkom Engineering School. Study load for 1 (one) module is equal to 6 academic credits.
